It seems that the teabaggers, racists and right wing extremists have taken over the Republican Party. Of those polled as self-identified Republicans, 39% believe President Obama should be impeached. 63% think he is a socialist. 42% do not believe the President was born in the United States. 31% believe President Obama hates white people. 23% want their state to secede from the U.S..
It seems to me that Glenn Beck's pathological messages have clearly crept into the deep recesses of the minds of mainstream Republicans. The other two guys who are responsible for fanning the flames of ignorance, misinformation, disinformation, outright lies, fear and hate, attack the poll and Daily Kos.
Of course this is standard operating procedure for Rove-Luntz-Nixon Co. When Republican propagandists and self-serving puppeteers who work the far right into a frenzy when it suits them hate the message, the message manipulators will attack the messenger.
Maybe the boys who remain fixated in a middle school boy bully mentality are ignorant of the fact Daily Kos is hardly a pollster. Research 2000, a professional polling firm, conducted the poll.
But oh well, facts don't matter to the Luntz-Rove-Nixon boys. They are obviously hopelessly locked into an era in which one boy's male appendage is the biggest of 'em all.
We know what that means. Nevermind.

Oh, those lying liars and the lies they tell. Now that the propagandists and tools for corporate fat cats have been caught with their pants down around their ankles, all are crying foul.
Glenn, Bill, Karl and Sean don't want folks to figure out what they have enabled.
OK, what's this book about? It's about what happened to the American government after "conservatives" gained control of Congress in the 1990s and the White House in 2000. It's about the disastrous decisions that government made, which have created the enormous problems we face now. It's about the corruption that rotted the Congress. It's about how traditional conservatism has nearly been destroyed by authoritarianism. It's about how the "Religious Right" teamed up with amoral authoritarian leaders to push its un-democratic agenda onto the country.
They also don't want us to know Republicans are still tied to the hip to Wall St. Nor do they want us to understand that the GOP intends to kill financial reform in order to protect the banks.
Let me introduce a Republican Grand Wizard of Political Evil.
Frank Luntz, the GOP chief propagandist and guru, recently advised Republican lawmakers to tie financial reform to the evil bank bailouts. In other words, Republicans should trash bank lobbyists while protecting the banks themselves. Blame the bailouts and the wicked secret lobbyists for the sins of Wall St, he urges. Republicans should do so by fanning the flames of grassroots fury. Make folks so red hot mad, he whispers, that they won't know you are protecting the banks. Luntz obviously believes most voters are too dumb to figure out his dirty tricks. I guess he should take some comfort in knowing, based on the poll above, the right wing noise machine has done an excellent job of confusing and misleading the base.
"Public outrage about the bailout of banks and Wall Street is a simmering time bomb set to go off on Election Day," Luntz wrote.
"Frankly, the single best way to kill any legislation is to link it to the Big Bank Bailout."
Another effective strategy to kill the bill, according to Luntz, is to make the case that it was written in secret by lobbyists.
"The American people are tired of add-ons, earmarks, and backroom deals - but they are mad as hell at 'lobbyist loopholes,'" Luntz wrote. "You must put proponents of the legislation on the defense, forcing them to attempt to justify the 'lobbyist loopholes' and exemptions placed in the bill... Highlight the exemptions. Broadcast them. Remind them, 'The legislation is filled with lobbyist loopholes that exclude certain wealthy, powerful industries from regulations.'"

You betcha we Americans are tired. We are tired of being lied to 24/7/365 by self-serving, obstructionist, ethically bankrupt and corrupted Republicans like you, who work for every fat cat in the U.S. and who worship money more than anything else. No Republican, in my view, has any intention whatsoever of doing what is best for their constituents.
They also failed at keeping crazy inside of their own house. For scumbags like Rove and Luntz it is always nice to have a few crazies around to stir up when Karl and Frank think the pot needs stirring. But now, according to the Research 2000 poll data, the right wing scream machine and its puppeteers who hide behind its curtain, have blown the lid off their Pandora Box of crazies.
These very angry crazies could very well turn against their manipulators and puppeteers.
Speaking of crazies, one of the invited speakers of the tea party convention, Tom Tancredo, former U.S. Congressman (R-AZ), declared that President Obama won the election because we no longer have jim crow laws.
Speaking before a crowd of 600 delegates in Nashville, Tennessee, Tancredo fired away at "the cult of multiculturalism" and claimed President Obama was elected because "we do not have a civics, literacy test before people can vote in this country," according to ABC News.
Tom Tancredo wants to take his country back.
No wonder the dude did not get reelected. If he were truly honest, Tancredo would put white sheets over his clothing.
Meanwhile, over in South Carolina, the state recently passed legislation that requires terrorists to register with the Secretary of State. Drug dealers must also reveal their illegal income or face additional penalties on top of existing penalties for dealing drugs. I fully expect that all law abiding terrorists and drug dealers will step up to comply with S.C. law.
The reality that truly exists about President Obama has nothing to do, of course, with the way he has been perceived or portrayed by the far right and its teabaggers and racists.
It is a reality that their puppet masters Karl Rove, Frank Luntz and Bill O'Reilly are working hard to distort. While the boys boast about a tea party convention in Nashville this weekend they fail to mention that there are approximately 600 in attendance. Nor will the boys mention that millions of Americans have serious problems with and are disgusted by the blatant racism and the appalling hatred that exists among a vast majority of the teabaggers.
